In this option the user may select the fond or collection, the search terms and/or the production dates of the documents which they intend to search. The option "inclusive dates" allows the user to search records whose dates are in the defined extreme dates of the search criteria. You may also indicate if you only want to search records with associated digital representations, meaning that only documents with a digital version can be consulted online through the Web.
In this option the user can narrow the search by identifying the fields and terms that match the criteria selected. The available options include the selection of description levels, the search by reference code or specific fields. For each field, the user can indicate if they want to search for all words, only some words, or the exact sentence.
